The time frame for order delivery is divided into the following two parts.

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

Once your order is placed, it will take us 1-3 working days to process and package your order. Hand orders and pre-orders require 7-14 working days. Once you place a handmade order or pre-order, you can cancel it free of charge within 24 hours. If production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, changed or returned.

Note:

1. Please note that all our prices are in US dollars and you will be charged in US dollars.

2. Shipping times are estimates and start from the ship date, not the order date. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. The destination country and courier company will also affect the shipping time.

3. Before placing an order, please make sure your shipping address is correct and detailed enough to receive the package. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information.

4. We do not ship to offshore addresses such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam; APO/FPO military addresses.

5. We do not ship to islands affiliated to European countries.

For Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates customers:

Shipping Methods

We cooperate with high-quality logistics providers, such as USPS, YunExpress, etc. We will strive to provide the best logistics services to our customers.

Once your order has shipped, it may take up to 5 working days for tracking information to be available online. (It may take longer, depending on how quickly the postal service can process your shipment.)

Will My Items Be Sent In One Package?

Your order may arrive in multiple packages and shipments. Depending on the type, quantity, and weight of the items in your order, we may pack and ship them in multiple packages. You will not be charged anything for multiple packages and shipments other than the amount shown at checkout.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Please ensure that all delivery information is correct.If the information is incorrect and/or missing, we may need to contact you to update the delivery information, which may result in a delay in the delivery of your order. Customs clearance may also cause delays.

Track Your Order

You will receive an email when your order is ready to ship! You can track the shipping information here. Additionally, you can contact support@vintagemist.com for any inquiries. We will respond within 24 hours.

Taxes & Duties

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. VintageMist is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. For more information regarding custom policies, please contact your country’s local customs office.

Payment Method & Foreign Transaction Fees

If your credit card account is denominated in a currency other than U.S. dollars, you may be charged a different exchange rate than that quoted on our website. You may also be charged foreign currency transaction fees, which are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policy. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any fees charged to you by your bank or issuing credit card company. Please contact your bank for more details on foreign exchange transaction fees.

So far, we only accept PayPal. All transactions will be processed in USD through Paypal on the checkout page. If you have linked your bank to a credit card, you can pay by credit card through PayPal.

Force Majeure Delays

We do our best to deliver orders on time as promised. However, we are unable to provide shipping refunds in the event of a national crisis, holiday, natural disaster, carrier delays, or other delays beyond our control.
