What's the Shipping time?

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

Approximately: 10-20 days in total.

Processing time: Usually 1-3 business days. Sometimes up to 7 business days. Handmade or Pre-order items/sizes is about 10 to 20 business days. Once the order of pre-order items/sizes is placed, it can be canceled within 24 hours free of charge. If production has started, there is NO CANCELLATION, NO ALTERATION, NO RETURN to the order.

Free standard shipping on orders over $99.

Note: Order may be delayed by about 3-10 business days due to the COVID-19, customs security checks, or uncontrollable factors.

How do I return an item?

We offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. Please send email to support@vintagemist.com

For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
