HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Vintage Mist offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order.
Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
Only items purchased directly from www.vintagemist.com will be accepted.
Returned items must be in original packaging, unworn or unused, with tags, all as you received.
Non-returnable items include incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.
We cannot accept returns on final sale items, clearance items or gift cards.
We cannot accept returns of pre-order items.
We do not accept returns of intimate clothing such as underwear and swimwear.
Returns made without a receipt may be refused. Vintage Mist reserves the right to deny any return.
Did you receive a faulty unit, a damaged item or the wrong product? Simply not satisfied with your order?
Please contact us to start the return process. Please include the following information:
Proof of purchase
Video or photo of the faulty/damaged product (if applicable)
Complete delivery address
Contact telephone number
In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
Please send us a return require email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping notice, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

HOW LONG IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products you received. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the card. Depending on the card issuer, it may take up to 30 days. If you haven’t received a credit for your return yet, contact the bank/credit card company.
If you paid with your PayPal balance, the refund will be credited back to your PayPal account within 24 hours.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible within 24h if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
Customized products, which have already purchased materials, started design, or started production, cannot be canceled or returned. If you need to cancel customized products, please contact us within 24H.

WHAT'S THE RETURN SHIPPING FEE COST?
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
